Top Marks Given by Our Parents
EXCELLENT OUTCOME
Following on the back of our Excellent Inspection Outcome, we are delighted to report that we have received an overall Net Promoter Score (NPS) for 2023 of 63 which is considered an excellent score by Global NPS Standards and is another affirmation, this time by our parents, of the value of a CPHS Education.
We are also incredibly encouraged by the significant parental engagement with the survey reflected in a response rate of 56.3%. This bears testimony to the strength of our school community and the high level of involvement our parents have, both, in their child’s education and the future vision of the school.
