Les Menuires Senior School Ski Trip Blog – Day 4

We were only able to use one ski lift in the morning because the winds were too high for some of the other lifts. The snow was really good because of the tremendous snowfall overnight. All groups completed a range of runs today and some made the most of the fresh snow. The advanced group attempted to ski in the fresh soft snow to the side of the pistes which proved to be difficult with several of them falling over and losing skis.

In the afternoon, the conditions were better and it was really sunny. The slopes were now very bumpy making it hard to ski on without falling over. Some people attempted jumps with only a few people failing to complete them. This evening we had chicken with potatoes and peas and profiteroles with whipped cream for dessert. After dinner, we were told that if we cleaned our rooms we could have our phones for the evening, most rooms appear to me quite clean now!
