Colchester High School Rated Excellent by Parents!
Colchester High School are celebrating the results of an overwhelmingly positive ‘Voice of the Parent’ survey last month. Of the parents that responded, over 55% scored the school a 9 or 10 out of 10 and the school overall Net Promoter Score increased from 38.2 to 50.8! Based on global NPS standards, a score of above 50 is considered excellent.
The high score was based on parents’ recognition of the core strengths of the school:
- Small class sizes and individualised learning programmes to ensure every child makes exceptional academic progress
- Teachers that know and believe in the pupils and build in them the confidence to succeed
- a well-rounded education that produces bright happy children with a variety of interests, a sense of community and the skills required to prepare them for the future
- a “family feel” environment where the children feel secure, supported and respected.
