READY TO TAKE CENTRE STAGE
Creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving are central to our STEAM curriculum, with the Arts championed across lessons, clubs, and co-curricular activities.
From classrooms and workshops to our purpose-built Performing Arts Wing, including a Drama Studio, Music Rooms, and Dance Studio, pupils explore and develop their creative talents.
Pupils are also encouraged to participate in the Bronze Arts Award programme.
We are proud to have been awarded the Artsmark Gold Award and to be a Trinity Champion Centre 2025-26.

CREATIVE ARTS
ART, CRAFT, DESIGN AND TECHNOLOGY
Pupils develop practical skills across a wide range of artistic mediums, discovering their unique creative strengths.
Beyond lessons, they contribute to school productions, enter competitions, and visit galleries and museums. In Years 7–9, pupils experience a carousel of Food Technology, Textiles, and Woodwork, building hands-on skills and creativity.
DIGITAL ARTS
DIGITAL ARTS
From Reception onwards, pupils have access to devices, with Year 3–11 benefitting from a 1:1 device programme. Technology is seamlessly integrated into learning and creative projects.
Whether building sustainable worlds in Minecraft or presenting in Book Creator, Flipgrid, or Paint 3D, pupils develop digital and creative skills that spark innovation and prepare them for the future workplace.
MUSIC
MUSIC
Pupils explore a wide range of musical genres, learning to sing, play instruments, and compose their own music.
For those wishing to deepen their passion, individual lessons are available in singing, piano, violin, drums, oboe, classical and electric guitar, woodwind, and brass.
Performance opportunities abound, from assemblies and concerts to Talent Shows, competitions, and community events.
DRAMA
DRAMA
Drama is taught through specially designed workshops that complement pupils’ learning in English, with opportunities to perform in assemblies, talent shows, and productions such as Aladdin and Matilda.
Pupils can also explore stage management, sound, and lighting, while Senior School Music and Performing Arts Scholars help judge Pre-Prep Talent Shows.
In partnership with the Mercury Theatre, we offer after-school clubs, Shakespeare workshops, and curriculum days featuring activities like Podcasting, Musical Theatre, and Street Dancing.
