Lower School Harvest Festival
The pupils all listened attentively to Susan Sydenham from the Baptist Church as she talked about how some children in the world do not get to celebrate the Harvest due to climate change that has caused drought in their country. She asked each of the children to think about how they can reduce their carbon footprint and help these people by using less energy, walking rather than driving when possible and recycling. Thank you to all the pupils who donated 159 KG of items and the parents who helped to transport the donations to the Food Bank.
