The Senior School

Our Senior Department provides a traditional academic education leading to GCSE examinations. Small teaching groups offer individual attention and a close working relationship between staff and pupils; we ensure that each pupil achieves their personal best by focusing on specific strengths and addressing any weaknesses.

Our impressive GCSE results, with success rates far exceeding national averages, give our pupils an excellent platform for their further education at Colchester Sixth Form College, Colchester Royal Grammar School, Philip Morant College or other specialist educational establishments.

Subjects available at GCSE include English, Mathematics, Drama, Science, Modern Languages, Geography, History, Art & Design, Electronics, ICT, Music, Religious Studies and Physical Education
