Welcome to Colchester High School, We aim to allow all our pupils to realise their full potential by ensuring we offer a caring, friendly and calm environment in which learning can take place. Small class sizes and a stable and committed team of staff ensure a clear focus on the strengths of each child.
We take children in our Nursery from 2 1/2 to 4 years old and then in our Prep. Dept (Infants), The Junior School and on into the Senior school where they stay until they are 16 years old. Our GCSE exam results are among the top in the area.

Admissions & Scholarships
It is not too late to register your child for entry into Year 7 in September 2010. Registration forms can be downloaded from the website. Please speak to the Admissions Office for further details.
Scholarships are also available for entry into the Lower School in years 3,4,5 & 6. Please enquire through the Admissions Office for further details or view the pages on Scholarships in the Admissions Section. The date of the Junior Academic Scholarship Examination is Saturday 6th February 2010.
