Partnership with Parents

 Parents are welcomed to events in every part of the School, from the Nursery Concert to Senior Prize Giving. They are involved in clubs, they offer to help with productions, they choose to spend hours on the touchline, cheering. Their support helps us achieve our goals.

The Colchester High School Association (CHSA) has become an essential part of the life of the School. It is run by a committee of parents and staff from each department who promote social and fund raising events for the whole family; these provide both entertainment and funds to purchase items which enhance the pupils' education and the general life of the school. The annual Christmas Bazaar and Summer Fete involve the whole school, parents, staff and pupils alike, in working together; family discos and theatre trips offer entertainment for all, whilst balls and wine-tastings are for the adults only!
